• Simple & efficient: Best tool for the problem, no overengineering
• Ship monthly: Ready to sell = on store + payments working
• Solo-buildable: Scope to what one person can ship in evenings/weekends

Tech Defaults (flexible per project):

• Frontend: React/Remix/Astro (whatever fits)
• Backend: Node/Python/Rust
• Mobile: React Native or Flutter
• Database: Postgres (or SQLite for simple/local-first)
• Hosting: Hetzner (cheap VPS), Cloudflare Pages for static
• Payments: Stripe
